Apprenticeship Opportunities

If you are looking for an exciting hands-on career where you can earn a great living and have a life-long career path then one of MIELKE’s Apprenticeship programs may be right for you. We are always seeking motivated team players who are looking to work hard, grow and succeed!

Our accelerated apprenticeship programs involve classroom training, hands-on lab work and in the field job experience. These programs have been designed to pair classroom training along with simultaneous hands-on project work, to provide a better opportunity for mastering skills and to expedite the learning process. Apprenticeship programs are available in Pipefitting, Plumbing, HVAC, & Iron Working and all of the programs are certified through NCCER. Apprentices graduate from the program with marketable skills, certified credentials and practical experience making highly competitive wages, and without the burden of debt associated with traditional educational pathways.

For those candidates who have already invested in a college degree, MIELKE recognizes that great accomplishment and offers a unique apprenticeship opportunity called the CGAP program. CGAP stands for College Graduate Apprenticeship Program and participants pair their professional skills with industry-specific technical knowledge. Successful candidates enjoy a fast track to supervisory or management roles; these roles include Field Supervisors, Estimators, Project Managers and even division leaders.
