MIELKE Constructors specializes in heavy industrial construction & rigging, structural steel and furnishing & erecting pre-engineered metal buildings. We complete projects throughout the United States and enjoy long-standing relationships with clients built on trust and value. Our breadth of experience includes constructing buildings of nearly 500,000 sq. ft. to relocating a space Shuttle Centaur for NASA from Alabama to Ohio. CAPABILITIES
We have extensive experience erecting steel structures up to four stories and can handle both large and small projects. In addition to on-site installations, we fabricate structural steel components at our three fabrication facilities.
RIGGING CAPABILITIES
MIELKE provides rigging solutions that ensure safe, accurate heavy equipment and machinery lifts. Our team carefully plans each move to safely lift, roll, slide, or transport both delicate and heavy objects. From simple rooftop picks to full plant relocations, we have the experience, knowledge, and resources to get the job done right.
LIFTING
Our operators are experienced, knowledgeable and properly trained. They understand that safety is our number one priority. All of our crane operators are independently NCCCO certified and our team members are trained signal people and riggers. We carefully plan every job and develop lift plans and critical lift plans when appropriate.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTING
In addition to our rigging services we are happy to offer our clients both storage & transportation options; providing true turnkey solutions. From standard trucking to permit oversized loads, we partner with specialized carriers to move your critical property safely and reliably. We’ve even had the honor of successfully relocating a Centaur rocket for NASA from AL to OH; visit our portfolio to learn more about that critical move.
We offer many storage options when your property can’t be immediately set. We have three storage facilities that offer cost-effective inside and outside storage options. Oversized doors allow for crane access and ensure that most anything that can be transported can be placed within our storage facilities.
