MIELKE provided all plumbing infrastructure, finishes and HVAC piping systems for the complete renovation of a 29-story building, a historic rotunda and an adjacent 13-story building.  MIELKE’s scope also included the installation of a steam turbine which utilizes high pressure steam to generate electricity and the secondary steam is then used for building & domestic water heating.
